Want to Be a Featured Teacher?

by Kristin

Featured Piano Teacher I believe that we all benefit when we work together. After reading so many great comments and emails from other teachers, I got thinking wouldn’t it be great if we could all share our advice and experience? Wouldn’t this improve our teaching tremendously?

Through this blog I’ve had the privilege of interacting with piano teachers from all over the world. You’ve enriched my life.

I’d like to invite you wonderful teachers to share your wisdom with the rest of us. Tell us about yourself and your studio and then share a tip. This would also be a great way for you to get the word out about your services.

If you would like to be a featured teacher, please contact me. Write a short article and include the following:

  • Information about you and your studio. Give the readers a little background info about yourself. We’d all love to get to know you! Also tell us what makes your studio a great place to learn piano?
  • Share your ideas. Tell us any tips you’d like to share with other piano teachers or parents who are helping their kids with piano.
  • A picture of yourself. It’s so much more fun when we can picture the person we’re learning from.
  • Your favorite resource(s) at eartrainingandimprov.com. This helps other teachers and parents quickly find the most helpful resources. It also helps me know which materials are most useful so that I can create more along those same lines.
  • Anything else you’d like to include. We’ll be featuring you, so please feel free to share anything you’d like.
  • Optional: If you’d like, you can include information that allows people to get in contact with you, such as an email address, phone number, or a link to your website or blog.

  • We can learn from everyone, so no one needs to hold back with feelings of self-doubt that you haven’t taught long enough or don’t have a long list of advanced degrees.

I’ve set aside 15 posts for featured teachers. The first 15 teachers to send me their articles by Aug 31 will be featured.

Please send your article to kristin@eartrainingandimprov.com. Can’t wait to learn from you!
